Em pleno campo, está, contudo, perto de auto-estradas, hipermercados, de Lisboa, das praias do Oeste (Ericeira, Santa Cruz, Peniche e Nazaré) e de pontos turísticos a visitar (Sintra, Mafra, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Tomar, Fátima e Santarém). The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the sunroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.
