You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

A "Casa Medronheiro ", faz parte do nosso trio de casas de alojamento local. É geminada com a "Casa Videira ", e com a "Casa Figueira". ( ver foto na galeria) Na vila de Aljezur, encontrará Supermercados, Farmácia, Restaurantes e variado comércio Para tal, terá no entanto, de se deslocar sempre de carro (estrada em más condições! ).

A Casa tem 1 quarto amplo com WC e duche no primeiro andar e uma varanda com vista jardim e piscina. Uma sala com cozinha totalmente equipada no rés do chão com um WC de serviço. No exterior existe um barbecue. Pequeno almoço incluido entre junho e setembro. Importante: ler regras da casa.

Monte da Pereira - Casa Rural em Espaço Tranquilo

Casa rural, o monte da Pereira foi recuperado há alguns anos, sofrendo algumas alterações, tendo em vista criar espaços interiores mais confortáveis. O monte tem 2 quartos, uma suíte com cama de casal e um quarto com 2 camas individuais. Na mezanine, há uma cama individual extra. A cozinha está totalmente equipada e a sala tem televisão e wifi. É uma casa muito confortável também de Inverno, pois a suíte tem lareira e a sala, salamandra.
