El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades: -lavadora, microondas, batidora, tostador, cafetera, plancha, etc. El alojamiento consta de 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y armarios empotrados, salón comedor, baño completo, cocina y terraza. Todo en planta baja, no hay que subir escaleras. Entrada individual y salida al jardín desde la terraza. Esta temporada vamos a prestar especial atención al aspecto, a la limpieza en el apartamento y a la seguridad sanitaria frente al coronavirus. Somos amigos de las mascotas. Se portan siempre muy bien . Impresionantes vistas al río Guadiana y a Portugal. Preciosas puestas de sol. Es una primera planta. En la tercera planta, tenemos una gran terraza privada. La terraza tiene acceso independiente y es exclusiva de los huéspedes. Las vistas son espectaculares.

You are 75m from the Guadiana River and a few minutes of the best beaches in the area. A tourist train can take you to the beach. About 950m away is the Sports Complex with its High Performance Training Centre. Free parking about 300 metres away. You can park 2 bic in entrance to the house.
