A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. This lodge has a double bed and a comfortable single sofa bed. Casa do Socalco offers a beautiful private heated swimming pool (from May to late October). With a contemporary decoration and remarkable comfort, it is perfectly framed with the surrounding nature. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, outdoor deck with dining table and barbecue. Breakfast is included, with fresh bread and products from the region, among others. Maximum capacity: 4 People + 1 (Sofa bed)

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

Fantastic villa next to Linhares da Beira Castle. It has 4 bedrooms, with complete and private bathroom, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, the property is fully fenced and offers good privacy, with excellent views of the Caramulo mountains, Linhares Castle and Serra da Estrela. A spacious garden with a large private pool and sun loungers allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunset.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
