El Zorzal offers an experience of disconnection with nature in one of the most beautiful areas of the Cordobesas mountains: The "Las Cañitas" neighborhood in Villa Bern. 15 min from La Cumbrecita and 40min from Villa General Belgrano. Surrounded by a beautiful forest and vineyards ideal for walking in a peaceful setting with a beautiful variety of fauna and flora. The middle river is located some 200 meters away, ideal for bathing. We also have excellent Starlink and SmartTv internet.

With a direct descent to the sandy beach of Rio del Medio 150 meters away, Pucuy is in a unique location in the mountains of Córdoba. Privacy, silence, and tranquility on a property of more than 1 hectare. The cabin is located in Chacras de Estancia Las Cañitas, 4 km from Villa Berna and 8 km from La Cumbrecita.

Casa de 40 mts dentro de barrio cerrado con reserva ecologica de 280 hts. La casa es un loft con energia solar en la naturaleza. Se ingresa por la ruta 14 y monte adentro, luego de 2km se llega a la casa. Pocos vecinos, lugar tranquilo y retirado. Tener en cuenta que es lejos! Hasta la ruta son 10' y de la ruta al pueblo son 5'. Cuenta con SUM con pileta y quincho en la entrada al barrio.
