Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villa Elisa

I had a really nice stay. The place was impeccably clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The area is very quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation. I definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

100% this apartment came out to be better than I expected. The picture do not pay the real value of it. The apartment is in the last floor and the sunrise view fr it in the morning totally incredible. Second the apartment! Clean ! Spotless furniture and big! Separated room and the kitchen is huge with that corner to keep you engaged with the room! This apartment is much better in real life! Gym is litterally one block from it and great Resteurants… Communication with the owner perfect! Helpful and she helped me a lot in the last day! I stayed two weeks and I could have stayed longer easily and I will come back

Amazing place! The apartment is super nice, cozy and close to everything, which makes it super handy for getting around. It has everything you need to spend a few great days in Asunción, either to relax or to explore the city.

Very nice place to stay in! One year ago I rented a different unit for a long-term stay. Ana was quick with responses and managed for me to check in early in the morning as my flight landed early and my long-term place was cancelled on short notice. So I was stress-free and could solve the problem ☺️.

The neighborhood of Los Laureles is very quiet and pleasant to stay in. Nearby is Casa Rica and Superseis - walkable. The building staff are very friendly and helpful. It is convenient that the apartment has a washing machine. The upstairs gym was always locked, so we didn't use it.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

Diego responded each time we wrote. Place was comfortable and easy walking distance to the supermarket and the places we were visiting. Would stay there again.

Fantastic experience from check-in to checkout. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was complete and tidy. The split air conditioning works very well. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Ana gave us directions and recommendations for the area that were much appreciated and at all times she makes sure that guests are happy and have a good time.

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

Gustavo's place was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed being able to walk to local shopping and restaurants in a beautiful part of town. He was always responsive and helpful. We will be back!
