The river house

La Casa del Río is a mountain chalet located directly on the San Vicente River. It is characterized by the constant lullaby of its waters, waterfalls and potholes. Los Miradores, is a complex of 8 houses for temporary use, implanted in a land of 2.368m2 with steep slope in the highest area of the city of Villa Allende, Córdoba. This work tries to recover the spirit of architecture as an art. From this reflection comes a 900m2 building, with a continuous semi-covered basement, which houses the bedroom area. On this, the day zone is supported, materialized by four rectangular prisms of the same proportions.
