Our house is quite spacious, has a garage, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a bathroom and three bedrooms, in the back we have a kitchenette with a washing machine and a backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet, minutes from the main street Acceso Sur that connects you with downtown Asunción. People can rent the entire house or the bedrooms separately. If you only rent a bedroom, the other spaces will be shared.
