I thank Marite for the kindness and predisposition she had at all times. The cozy but cute house, the very good area (full center is close to everything), I have a Volkswagen bora and I enter quite justito but I enter the garage(to take reference). I also let us go a little later since we had many kilometers ahead and it gave us that possibility. Thank you very much for everything Marite without a doubt we will be back someday!

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, in Uber too, walking not so much but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (it is also not much). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and is always available

Everything is spotless! It has the convenience to spend a few spectacular days in VCP. The neighborhood is quiet, it is 10 minutes from downtown; it has a good view from the terrace. Everything very clean and tidy. If in doubt we will be back.

Our stay at Alicia's was amazing. House had everything we needed and more. It was super stocked and every detail was thought out fondly - from children's towels and plastic cups for our son, to some complimentary food waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were a dream: soft sheets, pillows that fit perfectly, and a spectacular mattress. We sleep better than ever. Alicia is a loving person, super attentive, always making sure we are comfortable. The garden is beautiful and the area, safe and quiet, ideal for getting around with boys. We would love to stay with her again. If I could, I would give it a thousand stars. Thank you for everything Alicia!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gracia’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was ideal for a family reunion or a getaway with friends. The location was perfect — surrounded by nature and ideal for hiking. Gracia was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and making sure we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The location is excellent, especially if you go to Ciudad Universitaria: it is very close and the area is quiet and safe. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable, ideal for a short stay. It's not super-equipped, but it meets the needs to rest and be calm. The bed is comfortable and the WiFi worked very well throughout the stay. The host was very nice and always responded quickly to our inquiries. Overall, a good experience. We recommend it.

The accommodation is well located, very clean and has everything you need to be installed, down to the smallest detail. The host, in this case Martha, is super friendly and leaves no detail uncovered. They will instantly address any concerns and wait for you at check-in to explain everything and offer any kind of help. In conclusion, this type of attention is not always found on Airbnb, where the host is always attentive to what you need.

Federico and Florence's house is beautiful. We had a very nice time, we were two couples with two 3-year-old girls and we were super comfortable. The house is even nicer than in photos, everything was spotless. The attention of both was excellent, always attentive to everything, they even welcomed us with some things to eat. The girls had games, one of the days we use the pool, all the rooms have cold/heat air conditioning, the kitchen is very well equipped, the grillero is large and comfortable. Regarding the surroundings it is very quiet, full of nature, trees, there are several playitas nearby (we were also left chairs to take away). 20 minutes away there is a very entertaining park to spend the day with children of all ages, we all have fun. At night we go out to eat some days and there are options 5 minutes from the house. We really enjoyed the accommodation and highlighted the kindness of its owners and how beautiful the property has. We recommend it 100 per 100.

Everything is very nice, beautiful A unique and dreamed view Luckily it was all spectacular Lots of nature, splendour and life The only thing I could notice, that the shower in the bathroom did not go out very well and it was missing hot water but the rest was spectacular. Large and comfortable with everything you need to have a beautiful stay. A homey style with a wood stove that gives it a touch at night. Very close to the river to go and enjoy the day with a good view. We had a great time relaxing and taking advantage of clearing up what we were looking for. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Very well equipped, super comfortable, in excellent condition. It has a very large private terrace. The person who received us was very kind and excellent predisposition The area in which it is located is close to all points of interest and there is always movement of people.

Spacious and comfortable place. It has all you need. The interior is packed with lovely little accents and it feels like the space has a soul. Safe entrance + garage. AC heats well in a cold season! Definitely recommend.

The place is beautiful. The park and pool are very enjoyable spaces, as well as the proximity to the river in the morning. The house is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy. If you prefer nightlife, Villa La Bolsa and Alta Gracia have very nice cultural and gastronomic options. Ricardo is an excellent host! He allowed us to check in early and check out at a very convenient time. We would book this place again. Excellent stay!
