Everything is great, but every morning at 5:30 a.m., a garbage truck comes to collect the trash, and the engine noise is quite disturbing.

We occupied the apartment for two months. For university reasons. We are super comfortable. Everything is close, the area is quiet. The apartment is very like, with good amenities, very good internet and safe.

I would only recommend adding a microwave

I had a wonderful stay at Eduardo's apartment. The location is great, just a few blocks away from some of the tourist spots, and right along the canals. There's also a great little coffee place directly below. The place itself was spotless with everything you need for a longer stay. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the linens are new and good quality. Also Eduardo's dad is really kind and was responsive to anything I needed. Internet is great, I used it for video calls for work during my stay with no concerns. Highly recommend!

An excellent experience in the apartment of franco, the location is perfect, close to everything (downtown) The apartment is old but mostly remodeled to new, very nice, comfortable and pleasant It has a good view from the balcony It has air conditioning in the dining room but not in the bedroom, only a ceiling fan and on hot days it feels like sleeping Franco was very helpful for everything, himself for questions about where to go or what to do. She was very flexible with check-in and check-out The TV is a little rough but with love it's good Very comfortable litter and pillows To keep in mind if you are going by car, it is a very busy avenue and there is not always room to park.

Sabrina was amazing!! Very responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and check-in late to work better with our flight times, which was much appreciated. She also offered in advance to bring us down a small space heater in case the apartment got cold. I would highly recommend staying for budget travelers

Everything was super excellent. A luxury host. The security of the building is excellent. It accommodated both check-in and check-out times. Excellent in everything. I will have it as a place to stay for the next trips. I definitely recommend it 100% .. Super excellent. At home. Everything. Eternally grateful.

We have had wonderful days in Apachita. From the very welcome, cordial and exhaustive, attentive. And the strong initial impression: it is a house, a beloved, cared for place. Our entire existence has followed and developed the same initial footprint. For every doubt and every question to be resolved, the presence of Eli and Gabri was direct, useful, immediate. And our stay in Córdoba has always been crowned by that warm embrace of returning home. Everything practical and functional in the house has worked very well. Really the best hospitality ever experienced in Cordoba.

Places like this are few and far between. The apartment is great from every angle, full kitchen, perfect for 2 people. Everything is very clean and in good location. We came in the middle of the season and always had a place to leave the car. 4/5 blocks from the pedestrian area. Very attentive host.

This was such an amazing apartment. It was cozy and comfortable. It is located in the middle of everything and very walkable. There are a lot of places to eat, it is within walking distance to museums and nightlife. Paula was great! She was flexible with check in and out times, and gave great recommendations. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Very good location to get to know Córdoba Capital and its historical attractions. I'm going to visit my children and the apartment was excellent. The shower and bed are 10 points. Michele is also very kind and attentive. Thank you!

The apartment that we manage is in an excellent location. Two blocks from the new shopping, one block from the coastal avenue, 50 meters from a supermarket and 2 blocks from the center. Everything can be done by walking. I meet all our expectations. It's as they show in the photos. This is my first Airbnb experience and I'm very satisfied.

Beautiful full apartment, for cooking, laundry, closet with plenty of space, nice view, everything is super clean, new bath towels with a good smell, the apartment is for staying several days. We were with our 2 teenage children, there is a sofa bed in the living room, everything is very comfortable. Felipe was very kind, he answered in the same minute that I sent him messages, he received us very well for the check in, with water, chips and chocolates, a very nice gesture. Huge and spectacular apartment on the top floor with its own balcony terrace that takes all the lights next to the jacuzzi. Pablo is always attentive and Laura is super adorable. They greeted me with great kindness and affection towards my pet. The building also has its own garage, which is very useful, a patio and green space, a gym and a quincho, in addition to the pool upstairs. Very quiet area near hospitals, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. 10/10!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Housing Cordoba's place! The location was perfect for exploring visiting the cultural wonders found intue city, and the property itself was so clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rocio was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. The jacuzzi was a real highlight. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

Perfect for those who want to be in the center of the city, without losing privacy, tranquility and silence. It has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
