80 m2 accommodation renovated and tastefully decorated in an old farmhouse, you will be immediately seduced by its Cocooning decoration. We can accommodate up to 6 guests (+ a toddler who can benefit from a third bedroom with a baby cot). At the foot of the Church and Town Hall, you will have parking spaces. Ideally located, you will be at the gates of the Chablis region, its many estates and only 15 minutes from downtown Auxerre.

Angèle and Jérôme are happy to welcome you in the middle of the Chablis vineyard with all the comforts that a house can offer. The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the docks, the town hall square and the clock, in a quiet and low-traffic one-way street. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the city center nearby (bakery, chocolate factory, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).
