Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Virgin River

Place was great. Super clean and easy to manage. Host provided so many different supplies for us to use. Private view and land. Hot tub was definitely nice to use after long hiking days. The only hiccup was I ran out of propane in the middle of a grilling session. However, we didn’t mention it to the host, I’m sure he would have replaced it if I asked. Would definitely come back again.

This was such a pleasant stay. Everything was so easy to access. I appreciated that we were left alone and enjoyed the privacy.

Incredible home with everything and more a family (or two!) needs at a home base. We had more space than we needed, but the house was spotless and the pool and yard were the perfect spot to rest and recharge between our many adventures. So much information shared prior to and upon arrival about things to do and see. The pool was clean and lovely and the hot tub was also fun to have. Any minor issues we encountered were handled almost immediately and while we were away from the house. We have already recommended Kanab and this house to others as the perfect spot for a National Parks vacation. Thank you!!

Guy's place in Kanab was a perfect landing place after our days out on the trails and volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society. It's within a few minutes drive of the center of town, has nice walking trails nearby (short drive or 20 minute walk to trailhead), and Guy was a friendly and responsive host. The games cabinet and closet "library" were added bonuses. Thanks Guy!

This house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful with an amazing view. We came to Kanab as a family vacation to visit multiple national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon) and after hiking all day coming to this house to rest felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was also a great host, she was responsive and accessible. If we ever decide to come back to Kanab we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We went with our family ( 3 teens and my husband and I) to explore national parks, state parks and other sites of southern Utah over spring break. House was spacious for 5 of us. Really nice town of Kanab. Great home base for our daily excursions. Loved the view of nearby hills. Very quiet street that my boys used to throw a baseball around. They also loved the ping pong table and the piano. The kitchen was stocked not just with utensils and dishes but some basic spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, etc. the washer and dryer was also great since hiking on trails and in rivers was sometimes messy and great to be able to clean up ( and pack lighter). We.had a great time and this place really felt like a home away from home. On a side note-Our kids are bigger now but remembered traveling with younger kids- there was a lot available for little kids (baby equipment, unbreakable dishes/cups, kids books, kids movies, games, toys, craft supplies).

How do I give this airbnb 10 out of 5 stars?? Our catering team was down in Kanab to cater lots of event at the Best Friends Animal Sancturay all week and this home was the perfect place for all of us to stay! So spacious, lots of comfy beds and bedrooms, tons to do with the pool, bbq, pickle ball courts, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, dishware, etc. It made our stay so much easier! We will most definitely be staying here again next year when we come back to Kanab. Thank you thank you thank you Annie!! You were so so easy to work with and always so responsive and helpful.

Lucy's place was perfect for our road trip. We had spent the day in Zion and were headed to Bryce Canyon next. Staying at Lucy's gave us the opportunity to enjoy the Carmel tunnel and scenic drive east of Zion while giving us a head start on our drive to Bryce Canyon the following day. Lucy gave us the recommendations we asked for which were extremely helpful. There are a few food places (1-2 restaurants and 2-3 coffee shops) in the area but not extensive options. We grabbed some made to heat dinners at the market in Springdale/Zion and used the microwave at the Airbnb for an easy and more affordable meal.

This place is about 1 hour from Bryce Canyon and 30 minutes from Zion. A super convenient location between the two national parks for the price! We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Provides what it needs to. Comfy beds and hot water.

My sister and I stayed here while we hiked at the Grand Canyon - the drive to and from the park was super quick and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay and plan to stay here or at another property of Gary's again! Everything from Check-in to Check-out went smoothly. The accommodations were comfortable and worked well during our stay. Simple in and out was just what we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

This place is a gem in Kanab, Utah and convenient to local and national parks attractions. The beds were comfy and the condo felt warm and inviting for guests. I would highly recommend staying here, one of the better stays in the area to enjoy. Excellent host! thank you

Loved the renovated space. Especially enjoyed that the floors were not carpet and it was clean! The signature is always a great and functional place to stay due to the kitchen. Hosts were always communicative and responsive.

This little spot was perfect for my husband and myself. Loved the wood burning fireplace. Wifi was a little temperamental but no big deal when you're up in the mountains. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, which if you've been to Brian Head you know is essential since there is very limited dining options. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed here at a different building a few years ago and it was great. So we booked it again. Although we were on the 3rd floor last time much better. A few things are the light in the kitchen flickered and same in the bathroom. Either or it was exactly what we needed. Next time we go to Zions we will stay here again. P.S the new lazy river and slide were a hit and we always enjoy the gym. It wasn't as clean as last time but it did what it needed to. Thanks for having us.

This is our “ Go Too “ spot! EVERY! TIME! It’s perfect. Perfect price!!! Perfect location Perfect size. ( for us 2 people but can sleep at least 4 ) Perfectly clean Perfect pool! ( our favorite part about this place is an adults only pool that is NEVER crowded ) Perfect landscape ( property has mature trees that offer lots of shade from the hot weather ) Perfectly Beautiful ( grounds have roses EVERYWHERE so while your relaxing on the terrace you are engulfed by the smell of roses ❤️ ) Perfectly located. ( approx. 10 min at most! From everything) Perfectly Quiet We love this place we have stayed here several times. only wish is that we could check in earlier, instead of 4pm. Other than that…… ITS PERFECT!
