An excellent option for both short and long term stays. Suitable for both small and large groups. Stay within a peaceful society. 24 hr power backup, security and a dedicated parking space. Great eateries nearby available for dine in as well as delivery. Greenery and Mountain view from the balcony. Location can be assumed as a city center. All facilities as described. The host is very kind and helpful, always easily reachable. Very friendly and supportive. Took care just like a family member. Always suggested places to see and visit. Much appreciated...

My first visit to the city & this place felt so welcoming & warm. Host (Mala Aunty) is one the kindest host in my airbnb experience & those endless discussions about her life experiences & the way i felt more like home than a guest. Definitely visiting again. The trip Awsome and this airbnb made it better.

Rupesh is very responsive and arranged me for a early check-in. Room is very spacious and looking exactly like the way it is mentioned.

This place is very clean and professionally managed, everything is taken care of well. The apartment is very well maintained, and all required things are in place, including utensils etc. Bharath is proactive, he ensured we were settled well, and called a couple of times to make sure we were taken care of. Also, there is a manager available all the time to help with anything needed. This place is also close to major attractions so one of the best places to stay in Vizag. Had a wonderful time.

The community and amenities are real good. A great place for family to spend time. Availability of Cook/Maid is useful. Service is great.

Nice stay

Looks like host didn’t inform the apartment community about airbnb, so we got too many questions from people around, including watch man, But nice apartment.

The stay was amazing, Highly recommended. The location was not really far from railway station, property was super clean and you can literally feel it while breathing. All the amenities were there in the penthouse and the view from the rooftop was beautiful surrounded with lust green hill tops and clouds. Overall i really enjoyed the stay, its safe, hygienic, friendly, nearby shops.

Host was very responsive and very understandable. Home was very clean as described in the app. Easy to commute to near by restaurants and locations. I would recommend everyone to opt this place

Ramani's place was an absolute gem! The location was super convenient, and the vibes were so chill. The decor was on point, and everything was spotless. We had a blast staying there and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy spot to crash. Ramani was an awesome host, too - super responsive and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed there for a couple of days. The house was clean with AC in both bed rooms and hall. There is a TV in hall and in bed room. Needs were neat. Refrigerator and Washing machine - Did not use them. ACs came in handy as it got very hot though there were floor above them. The only complaints I had were the comode in King size bedroom is shaking and needs fix. Secondly, the parking spot has a leaking pipe above it. Thirdly, bedside power outlets in both rooms are loose/needs replacement. Apart from that it's a great option to stay. Would suggest my friends and relatives when they visit Vizag for sure.
