CaliPalms was the perfect location for our little celebration. Matt and Sina were very kind and responsive. The property matched the photos and descriptions posted. Would definitely recommend if looking for a quiet, peacefully getaway. The kids loved the Pool, Jacuzzi, Axe throwing game and Cornhole. Property was clean and organized when we arrived, and had clear instructions for check-in, check-out. Look forward to coming back!

Our party had a lovely time! Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We left an item and they were so helpful getting it sent back to us. Highly recommend this beautiful place for a large party ready to have a great time.

Perfect home for a quick trip! Had everything you'd need right there for you even dog bowls. Pool is amazing and the perfect size. Lots of sleep options for a larger group.

5/5 – A Perfect Stay at Casa Negra! Our stay at Casa Negra was nothing short of amazing! The home is beautifully designed—modern, cozy, and spotless. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped kitchen to the stylish decor and super comfortable beds. It was the perfect blend of comfort and charm. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was Humberto, the host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. His communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, made our trip even more memorable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or exploring the area, everything about our visit felt easy and enjoyable thanks to the care Humberto put into hosting. Casa Negra is a true gem—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Loved this home! Everything we needed, clean, & inviting. The beds were comfortable, well stocked home, comfortable and homey. Excellent location! Perfect for our lab puppy! We will definitely book again!!!

The villa was beautiful and we enjoyed our special occasion. The home was clean and very comfortable to stay at. Nicole was very responsive on any questions I had. We hated having to leave but will definitely keep this villa in mind next time we’re in Palm Springs.

WOW! We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s, even one in this complex, and this may be one of the best places yet. The outdoor space is incredibly well designed. No space is wasted. It truly feels like your own resort. The inside was spotless and all set up for us to settle right in. We visited the main pool and went back to our own pool because it was that much better. We will absolutely be back. Great stay!

Tiffany and Erin were great hosts for their place. They were very responsive and proactive in letting me know that there were services that would be on site doing weekly maintenance. They communicated clearly and asked if that would be a concern. There place was exactly as described and was very please of all Of the amenities that came with the home. This was a great getaway for my family and furbabies. This is a place to return in the future,

What can I say? This has to be the best air bnb we have ever stayed at. Natalie is an angel and helped us throughout the trip. The place was beautiful; the amenities, supplies, etc were all very helpful. This place has everything to offer and then some. Must book place!

Great house exactly as seen in pictures. Great, easy and quick communication. House was a little dirty (floors not vacuumed with viable crumbs, pet hair on outside furniture, trash bin full from previous guests) upon check in but that's more on the cleaners than the host. Otherwise we would return. Beds we're comfortable and the house had everything we needed.

First time Airbnb’er and we chose this place based on previous reviews and it was all worth reading other post. The place was everything that others described, from instructions to check in, using all the amenities to checking out, it was all simple to follow. I thought we would have to put everything back in place but the instructions were easy to follow. We still did clean more than what was asked but that’s just us, we wanted to be respectful of other people’s home. The pool was nice and relaxing, the kids really enjoyed every bit of it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Joshua and Madison for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a great time! The house was so clean and pretty big. It was very comfortable and quiet. The pool and yard were so amazing as well. Everything went smoothly and Morgan responded to all my messages with the information I needed very quickly. Would recommend this place to everyone!! AMAZING experience. We booked super last minute due to a cancellation at another house. Jen was so accommodating to expedite the booking and get her team in for cleaning so that we could check in. Everyone bent over backward for us. The house exceeded expectations we felt so lucky to have landed there. Beautiful yard, spacious house. Perfect for two families. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Cannot say enough positive about the house, Jen and the team. Will return!

Stayed here during Coachella weekend and had an amazing experience! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication super easy. The place was clean when we arrived and had everything you'd expect in a comfortable home—kitchen essentials, toiletries, and even little touches that made it feel extra cozy. The beds were really comfy, and the furniture throughout was stylish and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Shopping and dining very close by. Amari was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The Kids loved the large pool with lots of seating and lounge chairs available. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space! We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I felt right at home the moment we entered the house. Damon was the best host. He always answered my messages right away. I messaged because I wanted to know when the pool cleaners were coming because the pool was a bit dirty and because of the holiday they couldn’t get there right away. Damon drove 2 hrs to personally come to the house to clean the pool and left a bottle of champagne. It was the most generous and kindness act I have had from a Airbnb host before. We really appreciated it. We enjoyed swimming in the pool numerous days. The house was close to a lot of places we visiting during our stay. We enjoyed our time so much we extended our stay. Damon even let us have a late check out at noon. This was the best airbnb stay we have had. We definitely recommend.

Everything was good. The pool was unfortunately super dirty when I got there but the hosts were super friendly and prompt on getting it cleaned. We didn’t get to use it that much. But the jacuzzi was a plus!
