There are absolutely no disadvantages to this place. The apartment is beautiful, has everything you need and is situated in a very good location, right next to the manufactory - where you will find everything you need and within walking distance to the center and Piotrkowska Street itself. Contact with Ms. Sylwia is a pure pleasure, and the feedback was almost immediate. In addition, I asked for an extension of the stay, where Ms. Sylwia agreed to an hour, despite the fact that she had the next tenants. I am delighted with the apartment and the contact with the owner. I will definitely come back here on my next visits. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

the apartment is very cozy, nicely decorated and the location is well connected ☺️ on site coffee, tea, cocoa and spices 🙂 in the bathroom dryer, personal hygiene products, besides iron and ironing board… business and residential area: office buildings and blocks (quite loud, but it is the city center, it has its charm, you can feel like in New York when an ambulance is going by with a siren on) 😃 the building itself, in which the apartment is located, although it does not look like it from the outside, is very well maintained and secured - thanks to the entrance to the code and the presence of the doorman, the man felt safe ☺️ on site, I personally lacked a second, smaller hair towel, otherwise no reservations ☺️ great starting point for a few days, very good contact with the owner

Our 4-night stay in this gorgeous apartment gave the foundation to our lovely experience of Warsaw. Just to spend time in the apartment is a delight. - the beautiful decor, the cleanliness, the completeness of the amenities that the hosts have provided. The building itself is elegant well-maintained and quiet. The neighborhood has ample shops, bakeries, restaurants, and transport. From this location we could walk to the Warsaw places we wanted to visit. The hosts were warmly hospitable, available, and responsive.

This little house on the lake is a place in paradise! You can be so close to nature! We saw deer, herons, storks, frogs, the sunset and the starry sky! We lacked nothing. In the evening when it got cooler, we made a fire in the small oven, which was very cozy. It is a pity for us that we only spent 3 nights at Patryk's. We HIGHLY recommend the house!
