Le Nid du Chardonneret est idéalement situé à proximité des Etangs de Baye et Vaux (500m à pied) et du canal du Nivernais. à proximité immédiate de multiples activités de plein air. Vue sur l’étang. Aux portes du Morvan et de nombreux sites touristiques (chantier médiéval de Guédelon, Vézelay, vignobles de Tannay et Pouilly, site archéologique de Compierre...) ce logement fera un bon pied à terre pour découvrir la région. Parfait pour les amateurs de nature ! Pêcheurs/randonneurs… Très calme.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

U bent van harte welkom in het gerenoveerde gastenverblijf, dat deel uitmaakt van een ruime Mid-Century Modern villa. Het verblijf ligt aan de rand van het karakteristieke Corbigny, een charmant stadje dat alle nodige voorzieningen biedt. Corbigny is prachtig gelegen tussen het Regionale Natuurpark de Morvan en het Canal du Nivernais. Bovendien ligt het op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als vertrekpunt.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
