The Jacuzzi is open all year round, with a water temperature of around 40 degrees. A large yard with cherry trees and greenery. Barbecue available. The place is secluded, it is a forest around. There is a shop in the village for the most necessary things. The town of Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with wonderful drinking water from the mountain.

In the kitchen there is an induction plate, a gas stove, an oven, a kettle, a mixer and a refrigerator. In the living room there is a TV and a dining table from which there is a beautiful view of the lake through the balcony door that exits the terrace. There is a large freezer in the hallway.
