This little gem is located in the green area of Ada Ciganlija only 20 minutes from the city center. The houseboat is designed as an oasis of peace in nature. The house offers all amenities, ideal for families and for couples as well. Water makes things even more beautiful:) It's necessary to respect the rules of the house and take care of the environment. Parties are forbidden!!! Not recommended for people with aranchofobia** We recommend to get to the location by car or motocycle **

Warm and peaceful ambient with wooden decoration, clean and full of natural light with the amazing view and wonderful nature.5 min walk to the Ada Ciganlija Lake,10 min by car to the city center,25 min drive to the airport. There are so many restaurants nearby.Local driveway to the house. Free parking for our guests !!! In winter idyll you can also enjoy with us, because we are super equipped with heaters, so it is very warm and cozy.

From city center 15 minutes by car and about 4 km distance from shopping center Ada mall that opened recently. Distance from airport is 25 minutes by car. Nearby you can find markets. Around floating-house there are 3 restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and many specialties.

A patio space features a series of dark wicker chairs and a matching table, creating a relaxed seating area. Soft lighting highlights the area, while large glass doors provide views of an indoor space. The deck is adjacent to the water, enhancing the ambiance.
