Akzente, aber auch ein schönes, schlichtes Design, geprägt von Naturmaterialien und Nachhaltigkeit liegen uns sehr am Herzen. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Kraft tanken. Das Studio 154 grenzt an Hus 154 an.

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room with a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.

This house is located a few minutes walk from the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers a lot of space for two people. The very large terrace has a beautiful view. There are seating options and sun loungers available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the car size) is available for guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. The garage also has its own lockable cellar room (e.g. for bicycles).

We are located 10 minutes from the Swiss border. Only 15 minutes to Lake Constance and the beautiful Bregenzerwald forest. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the Lech/Zürs ski area.
