Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The house is located in Võrumõisa, which is in a quiet summerhouse area, but at the same time within walking distance to Võru city center and Tamula beach. The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Sobib 2 inimestele, kes naudivad privaatsust looduses ja omaette 30m2 terrassi männipuu all. Hooviala on ligi 10 000m2. Lisainimesed lisatasu eest. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja self-check-in. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1,5h. Joogivesi tasub kaasa võtta. Peale sauna saate nautida värskendavat suplust tiigis.

Enjoy the beginning of summer in privacy at Pangodi

In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
