Spacious Garden Apartment with View of Table Mountain

Go for a refreshing dip in a turquoise pool and relax in the garden under lush greenery. The tropical feel continues inside with hanging plants, original art, and casual furniture. This bright, breezy apartment is well ventilated and serviced daily. The space was purpose designed for Guests with simplicity and comfort in mind. The interior style is unique in that it combines Scandinavian and Dutch design influences with unique South African design products and furniture. The space is uncluttered yet personable and homely with creative interior and design touches throughout. Exceptionally spacious, the apartment is ideal for longer stay guest and people with families or babies. The garden and grounds are at full disposal of guests and the tranquil setting against the backdrop of Table mountain makes this a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis by a dedicated housekeeper who's responsibility it is to look after our guests. Guests have full access to the garden apartment on garden level, the pool and braai facilities. Laundry facilities are at an additional cost and do not have direct guest access. The housekeeper can arrange for washing, ironing or dry cleaning at an additional cost. Guests are welcomed and checked-in personally by myself or the Housekeeper, Fiona. I usually try to make contact at least once during the guests stay, but otherwise we give the guests their space and privacy until they need us. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis, so the guests will have daily interaction with the housekeeper to attend to any needs. I will be on standby if the guests require my advice, help or assistance. Oranjezicht, on the slopes of Table Mountain, is the oldest most historic neighbourhood of Cape Town. It boasts spectacular views of the mountain and ocean. Nature is literally on the doorstep. The apartment is also close to the city centre. The MyCity bus system is Cape Town's main form public transport in and around the city. There is a MyCity busstop 100 meters from the house. The Uber Taxi service is also very efficient, affordable and easy to use. Many tourist sites or attractions in the City are within walking distance of the property. The property is on 2 levels. The apartment and garden is on the "downstairs" level of the property and the garden and pool area is shared space on that level. There is a 3 bedroom house on the top level, also rented to guests at certain times of the year.

Amazing Space

The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.

This newly renovated apartment sleeps 2 adults + 1 child & lies at the foot of Table Mountain,offering lovely views of nearby Lion's Head & Table Mountain. Although attached to the main house, the former art studio is completely private, with the en-suite bedroom leading onto a spacious deck, fitted kitchenette & open plan living area .The sofa is big enough for a third person to sleep. Studio in the garden of a Victorian home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance to the City, Long and Kloof Street with restaurants and supermarkets. My 'CityBus' station nearby. Laundry facility available if needed. For longer stays the studio is serviced once a week with new towels and bed linen - beach towels are available for the beach lovers. Please note you have a choice of a king size bed or two single beds. Kitchenette is fully equipped minus a stove.

Central Private Secure with pool, garden, parking

Our studio flat is at the foot of Table Mountain close to hiking trails, 8km to the nearest beach and 4km from the City Centre. It is open plan, has a queen bed (182cm*152cm), a well-equipped kitchen, private garden, a private entrance, secure off-street parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and an alarm system. Guests may share our solar-heated swimming pool. (It currently has some peeling in the lining. It will be repaired over winter but is still clean and refreshing).

The cottage is well situated in the City Bowl.It is 18km or a 15 minute drive from the airport. It is close to shops and cafes and is on the slopes of Table Mountain. The cottage is separate from the main house and is for your exclusive use .It is fully equipped with all your needs. There is an enclosed braai area off your own private courtyard that is ideal to sit in while enjoying a meal in the lush garden surroundings . Covid 19 protocols are in place.

On the slopes of Table Mountain is our large 5 ☆ rated boho style studio apartment. MAGNIFICENT views of the City, the Bay, Table Mountain, Robben Island, Lions Head, Signal Hill (and on a clear day all the way to the winelands and to the West Coast national Park too). Very private, spacious, bright and quiet. 5 min drive to town, 10 min to the best beaches. One block from the Mountain walks and cycle tracks. On the bus route. A much loved home.
