Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. We are renting out a superb 33 m² studio, located in a quiet area. Fully furnished and newly equipped. Ideally located: close to the city center (10 min by bus), and also close to several hiking trails, 11 min drive to Puy de Dôme and 7 min to an Intermarché. We provide linens, free access to the studio thanks to a key box (code provided by SMS). The little extra! We have four cats, rather sociable, watch out for allergies! Clélie and Gaëtan.

Located in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by nature 5 minutes from Vulcania and Lemptégy as well as many hiking trail departures, you can rest in the old forge of Constant and now transformed into a cottage made of stone and wood. Many sights are close by.
