When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River in the old buildings of the tourist village Želiv. The cottage includes an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. An excellent starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings or for cycling. Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

Stylish Tylda Cottage with Jacuzzi and Grill

Chalupa Tylda is a renovated historic homestead with a rich past. It originally served as the court of the bailiff Josef Hudec in Lhota Lísek. It offers three apartments with a capacity of up to 19 people, ideal for families, friends or corporate events. Each apartment has access to a hot tub, private bathroom, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The common room with a jukebox, darts, table football and ping pong provides entertainment, while the outdoor seating with a barbecue grill provides a peaceful rest.

Nabízíme ke krátkodobému pronájmu/dovolenou usedlost v Jindřichovicích u Želetavy . Dispozičně se jedná o 2 ložnice s kapacitou 8 lůžek, velký obývací pokoj, kuchyň a prosklenou zimní zahradu. Součástí uzavřené zahrady je krytá a prostorná stodola k posezení a grilování. Novinkou je výhřevný sud Hottube. Sud Hottube je k využití od 15.9.-30.4. Poplatek za jedno využití se hradí na místě ve výši 1O EUR. Historické město Telč je vzdálené 15 km. V obci je k dispozici menší dětské hřiště.

Je dřevěný, je pohodlný, je v zahradě. Na venkově na Vysočině jsem pro svoji rodinu postavil moderní chalupu zasvěcenou odpočinku. Ponořená do klidu zahrady s kusem přírody. Sad, rybníčky, neomezený prostor. Toto místo jsme věnovali klidu a relaxaci bez televize. Privátní koupací sud (nemá funkci vířivky) a sauna jsou Vám k dispozici za dodatečný poplatek 500 a 800 Kč za 1 vytopení.
