We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage and our son loved the farm animals and surrounding gardens. The space was warm, comfortable and very clean. We loved collecting fresh eggs as fruits from the garden in the mornings, what a special treat!

Beautiful, peaceful surrounds. Wonderful for kids, so much space to play and explore. East trip into Alexandra for groceries, coffee and delicious food at the Corner Hotel. So cosy with thr fireplace and electric blankets for winter. Would definitely love to visit again 🎉

This place was amazing; the best air BNB we have ever been too. The place felt magical. The gardens were beautiful, the cottage was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to hike as that's why we took the trip. We loved the log fire and spa bath. The location far exceeded our expectations. The walks were great and we preferred Harrietville to Bright. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back next year. Thank you John and Anne for creating Shady Brook.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Celestine’s stunning cottage. The space was exceptionally clean and inviting, with ample bedding and plenty of room to relax. Enjoyed the fireplace stove (there is also a standard stove) and quiet surroundings made it extra cosy, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Spent the night at the stables farm stay for a 30th birthday celebrations, region wine tour, it was the perfect place for us 6 friends to sit around, catch up & enjoy a glass of wine or 2. Thank you for the beautiful house we could make home for the night. Beautiful views, comfortable facilities.

Cozy log cabin for a rainy winter weekend. We basically stayed inside and made it our home base for 3 days and it was perfectly equipped. It was hard to appreciate the setting with the weather, but the river is not visible from the property which we didn't realise. Claudia was very responsive and was able to arrange extra firewood for payment for us. The house was very comfortable and warm with the fire. We appreciated the complimentary wine and large TV for watching footy. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at Peak 202 over Easter for a family wedding—John was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect. Just steps from the village and Chamois ski run, the location couldn’t be better. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, and the space was warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. Our family felt completely at home with three spacious bedrooms, a spa bath, drying room, full laundry, and a great kitchen with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher. The gas fireplace, Smart TVs, free WiFi, and heated balcony with BBQ made it extra cozy and convenient. Keyless entry and thoughtful extras like games and a secure parking space really stood out. Everything was spotless, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. Thanks, John, for a memorable and seamless stay—we’ll definitely return to Peak 202!

The perfect place for a winter getaway by the fire. We loved being surrounded by art and books, and listening to the collection of jazz cds. A short drive to shops and walking trails and the most fabulous scenery, the location is perfect. Being able to bring our cavoodle Louis was such a bonus, he loved exploring the property!

Cute bungalow with a pretty complete kitchen. Very quiet location and the property is beautiful. Loved the fire - made the evenings toasty warm. Please note that the location is about 40-45mins from Myrtleford, and 55mins to Bright so a bit further than in description. But we still loved our stay.

What a beautiful weekend away in the tranquil walnut farm groves of the apline region - with birds-sheep-cattle-foxes to keep us company- and our dog could run around and enjoy life while the fire kept us toasty warm. Ronaldo has completely undersold this place as a gem for the region - will visit again

My friends and I had a great stay at Sarah’s place. The house is massive and comfortably fits a large group. The views were lovely and Sarah was great to communicate with.

Our stay at Moyhu was lovely, Juliana is an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself is beautiful, comfy bed, gorgeous styling and we fell in love with the feature tiles! It was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our pup was welcomed as much as we were, and she loved watching (and barking at!) the neighbouring cows. We highly recommend staying here with Jules, and we'll definitely stay again!

Such a cozy air bnb for a relaxing winter getaway. Great heaters to keep the house warm, comfy beds with nice linen, recommend taking some bath crystals along to have a soak in the tub. Dog friendly property that is fully fenced with a large verandah including table, chairs & fairy lights. Town centre about a 5 min drive away. Overall great stay & good location to explore Yarra Valley & surrounds.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s place. It was the perfect place for a cold winter weekend. We loved the fireplace and the bbq. It was shame that it rained the whole time, otherwise we would’ve used the fire pit too. The cottage had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bed was very comfortable. The place had a small secure dog pen where my dog could be off leash. There were also towels and bowls for dogs. We had a fantastic stay at the Bright Tudor House! The home was incredibly spacious, perfect for our three family groups, with big rooms that gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and games room - hours of entertainment there! The house was warm and cosy, with a lovely fireplace and split heaters in every room, which made it perfect for chilly evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped, including all the utensils you could need and even a large air fryer, which came in handy. We also really appreciated the enclosed backyard - ideal for our small dogs to run around safely. The location was excellent too, just a short stroll to Bright's cafes, brewery, and restaurants. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-appointed stay in Bright!

We absolutely loved the cottage, breakfast staples and the little extra treats left for us. Very pretty, even though it was cold and wintery you could tell the gardens will be stunning come spring. Thank you Peter and Jamie for welcoming us to your home 💜

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It is a slice of peaceful paradise. There is so much land you can walk around on and the views are amazing! If you love animals, this is the place for you. Cows, geese, a turkey, bull, sheep, even a pony and more. The dog Max was the cherry on top of a perfect trip. He’s the sweetest boy and you’ll fall in love with him! Tab and Terry are great hosts, very responsive and easy to chat too.

Wonderful winter stay at Upper Lurg. 3 couples could not have loved the house more on a cold weekend. Facilities and space were amazing with everything you could need. The pool looked a bit cool at 7 degrees but we could see outdoor summer entertaining being amazing, the spaces, the outdoor cooking area all looked amazing, was ready to crank up the pizza oven. If only the chickens were laying eggs. The location was amazing for the King Valley Wineries. Easy drive to all the Valley. Will plan another visit.

Really nice place, incredibly comfortable bed and great range of pillows for people like me finicky about pillows. As we were there in the dead of winter, a very effective heater was also a pleasure to get back to. Veronica’s home-made muesli was a great treat too and it was a pleasure meeting her. Definitely would stay again.
