Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Sand Apartment, 100 meters from the beach.

Sand Appartment, is located on the entire 1st floor of the house. 1 minute from the South beach, with good restaurants. Walking: center 5 minutes and train station 8 minutes. In Zandvoort, there is a large swimming pool, "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Beautiful cities near Zandvoort or by bike/train or driving distance: including: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Beautiful dunes and forests with cycling and hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity. Your host will be happy to help you with further information.

Stay overnight near the beautiful Noorderplantsoen in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods of Groningen in an attractive colorful ground floor house. There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and an intermediate room where you can also sleep. A private kitchenette with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with a private bathroom and toilet. You can walk to the downtown area in 5 minutes!

100 m² four-star vacation home directly on the dike with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Suitable for 2-6 people and 2 parking spaces right in front of the house. Enjoy the atmosphere of the Norddeich harbor. Arrival by train is possible without any problems. In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. The holiday home was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association.

Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Our vacation home is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel. It is ideally suited for a relaxing vacation for 4 people. The terraced house is within walking distance of the harbor. The house offers a living and dining area with TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden and three parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linens and towels must be brought along.
