Beachfront holiday rentals in Wakonda Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. The pics don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for many people to spread out or hang together. The windows offer expansive view quiet the outdoor area can’t be beat. I wasn’t quite sure about the soaking tubs but they ended up being everyone’s fave feature! 12/10 … would stay here again!

The house is one block from the ocean, and has easy walkable access to the beach. It’s a nice, quiet spot off the freeway and yet close to everything you might need (Less than 10 min drive to town). The host is very responsive and nice and allows pets. For as small as the place is you have everything you need, including two electric burner-stove, a microwave and a small sink so you can easily cook something if you would like. The ecological toilet takes a little getting used to but is very well explained and does the job! (No smell whatsoever and nice and clean!) Overall I would recommend the place wholeheartedly if you need a quiet spot to spend a few days and you’re an eco-conscious traveler.

We spent a full week at this condo with our kids and it was wonderful! Everything was very clean and exactly what we expected. We would absolutely come back next time we are in Lincoln City.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Wonderful to stay here. Nice area with beautiful views and close to lots of fun activities. Short walk to the beach, the deck views are incredible! Lovely, little place that is cozy when you need it, but invites you to go explore outside. Love the octopus theme! Would love to return again.

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely amazing. Very private and relaxing, yet within quick driving distance to Newport where you can find lots of stores and things to do! The town of Otter Rock itself is tiny, but does have a Mo’s restaurant which is open for lunch and absolutely delicious! The cabin was cozy yet had plenty of space for us and our 3 young girls. The beds are very comfortable. The beach was beautiful (although it was quite the trek back uphill, it was so worth it!) The picnic/fire pit areas were a great place for our family to hang out and our kids to run around in the evenings to burn off energy. The onsite manager was very kind and she even offered our kids some kites and chalk to draw on the blacktop with. We felt very welcome and right at home! We would absolutely return for another stay!

Nice place if you want to get away from the business and just want enjoy ocean, nature and forest

There is nothing I can say that can adequately describe how incredible Tim's place is. The home itself is amazing with really nice details like the outdoor shower, the bathrobes, the stone in the indoor shower, the hot tub in the backyard...I could go on and on. And then there's the view! Amazing. I could sit on the couch and watch the waves for hours and not get bored. Plus, there's a staircase for easy access down to the beach. He also lets guests borrow surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, and other beach equipment. We didn't have time to use any of them, but definitely wanted to. This is one of my all-time favorite Airbnb rentals. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, Tim was super friendly. He gave us great local recommendations and advice. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have spent another night here.

My family just had our 3rd baby last week and as a way to celebrate and beat the heat we were in search for a little getaway. Samantha was SO helpful during a matter she did everything she could to help resolve showing above and beyond service! I work in travel and know great service when I come across it! I would 10/10 recommend this stay. So clean and set up exactly as one would need! The view is even more beautiful than the photos listed showed! We can not wait to come stay again!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Loved the condo; the beachy theme was beautifully done. The ocean front view was amazing. So relaxing. Am planning on staying there again. Another plus, is the elevator (instead of having to climb stairs) and the underground parking garage.

This house was very cozy! We absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for cooking. Great location, close to the beach. Hot tub is great. My husband loved the pillows specifically. Host was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would definitely book again for any future trips to Lincoln city.

Perfect home and location for a vacation with extended family. Everyone loved the house!

Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.

wonderful place. pictures wont do justice. the panaromic views were wonderful and it was always amazing to wake up to the sounds of the ocean. place had everything you would need. bedrooms were nice and cozy and airy. we stayed there to relax and catch up with friends and the place was perfect. would totally recommend staying.

I can't express how much we enjoyed the location of the house. Watching the tides come in and out, spotting an otter and a seal, plus catching a few sunsets are just the start. Easy access to wonderful hikes in less with less than 20 minutes of driving. Easy walk into town as well, probably 1-1/2 miles but along the coast and so enjoyable. The location can't be beat!

A primary reason we selected the place was for being dog friendly and it worked really well in that regard and access to the beach was great. We mostly cooked our own meals and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked for that. All in all, a very comfortable, nice stay in a good location.

One of a kind coastal rental with walkable beaches at our fingertips! Slept well because the mattress was perfect. And for you ping pong lovers you will love the quality ping pong table and paddles. We played every single day!

We love the Oregon Coast, and we especially love Newport. Pros: Beautiful view, clean room, lovely bottle of wine left for us, enjoyed the balcony alot. In walking distance to coffee, bakery, restaurants, ice cream shop, a dispensary, cute market style store. You also have Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Walmart within a few minute drive. Make sure to check out Newport cinema for an old style movie theater too. The bathroom was nice, although make sure to turn on the heating bulbs because there is no heater in the bathroom. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it looked very well stocked with all essentials. Cons: For the nightly price of this studio, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We’ve stood at a lot of different places on the coast and I don’t believe we’re super picky but yeah this was definitely our least favorite mattress/bed.Definitely felt like a cheap mattress. We also went and bought our own pillows in town 1st time we’ve done that. All in all, we had a nice time in Newport!

Beautiful property, tastefully decorated, clean, well equipped, and prompt communications! A little expensive, but with a group it’s affordable and well worth it. Will definitely consider it again if I stay at the coast and will recommend to others.

This is a lovely little historic cottage that makes you feel like you have received a warm hug. The views are great and it is so close to the old Newport area.

We stayed with 3 friends and everyone loved the place. There was plenty of room to allow privacy and yet the public areas were so inviting as well. The bedrooms and bedding were loved by all! And there really is nothing better than enjoying a hot tub on your private deck overlooking the ocean and stars. We will be back and we will stay longer.
