Studio apartment has a king size bed, tile floors, parking, wifi, SmartTV, kitchen for light cooking, private deck, A/C, security cameras, digital locks and outdoor lighting. We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Our cozy 1 bdrm apartment is 1 mi. from Waldameer Park, 2 mi. from Presque Isle State Park, and within a 10-minute drive from any Erie hospital. We have everything you'll need in your home away from home. There is plenty of off-street parking with special accommodations for larger vehicles. We love to decorate for holidays, so please come visit us in the fall and winter. Travel nurses are especially welcome, we are happy to offer special discounts to our off-season or long-term guests.

Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.

The house is a short walk from many popular Erie attractions, such as the Warner Theater, Erie Insurance Arena, Gannon University and restaurants.
