Good public transportation connection and short distances to shopping. We have dogs. Parking is available on the street in front of the house, bikes can be accommodated and protected at the house. Sauna is in the apartment, the garden can be used, private terrace in the outdoor area of the apartment.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
