Bullpen Lodge is one of the most convenient locations on Smith Lake. It’s a flat lot with a beautiful rock shoreline. It has amazing views of the main channel but is protected in the cove. It’s convenient to Grocery, Ace Hardware, Cujo’s pizza, and Marina (all 1 mile or less). 10 minutes to downtown Jasper and all paved roads. Hand built construction by Mark who felled each tree from our own land and built this cabin literally with his own two hands. The wrap around deck we call "Sally's Deck". Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

This home sits on a very private point lot with 700 feet of water frontage. It was designed for multiple families with kids. The view is absolutely spectacular with water on 3 sides and views from almost every room in the house. It is roughly 3,000 square feet and has a additional 2,100 square feet of balconies and decks. There are two great rooms, one for the adults and a second for the kids. The upstairs has 20' vaulted ceilings throughout.

Entire house on a small lake that opens into a major river. House rental includes the boathouse and dock. Mostly fishing takes place here, but people ski and tube in the river. Free boat launch 1/4 mile away. Fish cleaning area by boathouse.
