I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Beautifull house, Great location, Quite and peacefull

Annie's place was such a beautiful place to stay, both inside and out! We hope to return! Barwon Heads is a wonderful town and a great location to explore the Bellarine and the Great Ocean Road and the house is right on the Barwon River, we loved having tea and looking out at the river from the couch. The house itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in - so well-equipped and beautifully presented and the pool is lovely and warm (a great place to swim if cold water swimming isn't your style). Annie was a great host, accommodating an earlier arrival time and with clear and friendly communication.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean and well-presented everything was. Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the amenities to the lovely little touches around the home that made our stay extra special. It was the perfect winter escape for our family, cosying up by the fireplace was a highlight. The communication with Sarah was seamless, friendly and responsive. We’re already dreaming about another visit in summer so we can make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly, an absolute gem!

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

Had a wonderful family stay for the weekend of our son's wedding. Plenty of space, great amenities, super comfortable. Excellent communication with our host Amy.

The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was filled with natural light and sunshine. The weather was cold so we loved sitting by the fire. We loved that we could bring our little dogs - it was safe and secure for them. All round a lovely place to stay. Wish we had a bit longer there.

We had a wonderful stay at Ria’s place. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and great for our extended family. Kids (big and small!) loved the games room. Deck outside was lovely in the evening sun for a wine. Highly recommend!

Yama's house looked just like the pictures! The upstairs main bedroom has a stunning view over the tree top canopy and we loved waking up to the rustling leaves in the wind. The location is lovely and only a short walk to the beautiful blue lake. Yama was very friendly and helpful, and extremely responsive. He accommodated for a late check out, and provided us with extra blankets when requested. We would happily stay at Yama's place again!

We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s place! Everything was clean and beautifully styled - walkable to shops and the beach which we loved!

Paul has a lovely and spacious house that is extremely well priced for the location - close to the town centre as well as many of attractions of the Bellarine Peninsula. Paul was an extremely accommodating and responsive host and we would recommend his place to everyone!

Kim's place is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. Everything is well organised and clean. Kim is very responsive and accommodating to requests. Happy, forever memories made Easter 2025✨️🐰

One of the best accommodation places we have found in our travels! The attention to fine detail ticks every box. There is nothing we wanted for - from details such as paper towels and cling wrap, to ample glasses, great bedding and bathrooms and much more. The location is perfect - close to the CBD (by car or Uber) and the local shops and cafes are great. The facilities in the house couldn't be better. On a cold winters day it was just wonderful to put the heating on when we got home and feel the warmth very quickly.

We had a wonderful time at Sue's place. She's a great host, the box of chocolates was a delightful surprise that my kids loved it. The house is tidy, clean and cosy we loved it and our three legged pooch too. The garden is a beautiful area where I loved drink my cup of coffee in the morning.

Perfect house for our adult family. Great to find a modern home that sleeps large groups that doesn’t have bunk beds! Beds were super comfy, great lounge and table space for everyone to gather.

A beautifully presented and comfortable home. Nic had thoughtfully started the fire which was perfect when arriving for a winter weekend away. Nic also offered us a late checkout which we really appreciated.

We loved the setting and the renovations. Comfortable, warm, relaxing. We wanted a place that was close to the sights and shops of the lower Peninsula, on a quite street.

Amazing location, they are not lying when they say walking distance to everywhere!! Place was super clean and the hosts were super helpful and really elevated our stay!

I was blown away by how beautiful the place was, and am so grateful to have spent the weekend there. Cute little cafes on the strip, gorgeous beaches and an incredibly well equipped home for all your relaxing to be done. Host was incredible - obviously cares very much about the place and the guests. I can’t wait to book again!
