This confortable and stylish studio is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a living room with a breakfast bar and a sofabed. There is a private entrance and a terrace. The studio is adapted to a couple with a child/teenager but 3 adults can share it also. An infant can be accommodated in the living room. It is a good base for visits: Brussels Center is 40min away by car or train. Waterloo with its restaurants and shops is 3km away. The Memorial 1815 is 5km away.

Perfect weekend escape (walking, cycling, spa, restaurants, nature) or for business meetings in the neighborhood (GSK Rixensart at walking distance). Ideal for weekend with friends, couple or family trip or even yalone you will enjoy our view, garden en perfect location. As we are a family with young kids, you could hear some little feet in the morning as of 7h30.

Free parking 7 min walk to the house, ⚠️ no visitors allowed.

The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a perfect stay. It is accessed by a wooden staircase so unfortunately not suitable for people with limited mobility. Capacity: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The room is really cozy, walk-in shower, toilet and kitchenette, all entirely private. (total area = 25 m²). Private pool to share with us in season.
