저희 숙소는 강릉역에서 차로 5분 거리에 있어 도착 즉시 체크인 후 바로 여행을 시작하실 수 있습니다. 또한 중앙시장이 도보 5분 거리에 있어 차를 끌고 이동하실 필요 없이 편하게 둘러보실 수 있습니다. 침실 옆방에는 빔프로젝터로 넷플릭스·유튜브를 즐길 수 있는 감성 영화룸이 마련되어 있습니다. 숙소에는 세탁기, 냉장고, 간단한 조리가 가능한 주방 등 필요한 편의시설이 갖춰져 있습니다. 도보 5분 이내에 편의점이 있습니다. 장기 숙박이나 비가 오는 날에도 편리하게 이용하실 수 있습니다. 퇴실 후에는 침구를 직접 세탁·관리하여 게스트분들이 항상 깨끗한 환경에서 머무실 수 있도록 유지하고 있습니다. 기준 인원은 2명이며, 추가 인원은 1인당 2만원이 부과되며 이불이 제공됩니다. 단지 내 무료 주차가 가능하며, 공공주택 특성상 밤 10시 이후에는 소음 자제를 부탁드립니다. 고객님의 강릉 여행이 더 따뜻한 기억으로 남을 수 있도록, 리버로드가 함께하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
