We invite you to the Wilcza Polana apartment (90m²), hidden in the middle of the forest on the grounds of our agritourism facility, where time passes more slowly. We offer two cozy bedrooms with a beautiful view of the forest clearing, a living room with a kitchen, and a huge terrace created for lounging in the midst of nature. There is also a relaxation area with a sauna and a hot tub with a summer cinema (additional fee) on the premises of the cottage. Feel the magic of this place!

We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – perfect for families and people seeking peace and quiet close to nature. Guests have access to a private Jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a grill, a playground, a games room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball), and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until July 17, 2026! We invite you to a new year-round cottage by the lake. The cottage is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. The cottage is located on the lake with direct access to the beach. Water bikes, boats and bicycles are available. A large gazebo with a barbecue kitchen and a smokehouse by the lake. There is a sauna and a banya on site, as well as a rental of tourist bicycles and quads. We accept payment by tourist vouchers

It has a beautiful, vibrant, green roof that, out of love for nature, takes care of water retention. You will find books in every little corner. It was created from an old caravan, in tribute to ecology.

Looking for a place where you can truly unwind? Welcome to our charming, year-round cottage, nestled in a secluded, picturesque wooded area, offering plenty of privacy and a spacious yard. Closest neighborhood approx. 200-300m away Guests have access to 2 bedrooms and a living room. However, there is nothing to prevent more people from staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, and you can also pitch a tent in the yard). Pets are also welcome :) A private hot tub is available year-round.

Barn House

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

Banya by the pond

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

The Water House consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In addition, the house has, among others, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and others. It has access to the lake - beach + pier. There is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a boat, a water bike, a 10x5m swimming pool (open from June to September). It also has a SPA (Finnish sauna, hot tub with massages, salt grotto) overlooking the lake.

Expansive windows in the living room and a spacious terrace offer unique views, regardless of the time of day or season (the cottages feature a living room fireplace and central heating).
