Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Warrick County

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was a great location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, the river and most importantly our son’s apartment , so extremely convenient for us. Very comfortable and cozy. Kale was communicative and made check in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again when we come to visit our son.

With Airbnb properties like Carlisla/Angie's space in Owensboro, it's no wonder we stay at hotels less and less these days. This Airbnb occupies the entire first floor within a well-maintained historical(?) larger house that is about 100 years old, but very cute and quaint. Crystal clean inside, and very responsive hosts! You can't go wrong here!

Nice cozy apartment just 12 minutes from Holiday World. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and will definitely rent from here again. Hasib is a great host and the bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was so comfortable and seemed bigger than the pictures showed. My husband especially loved the 2 large televisions. We were in town for an event at the Ford’s Center and the walk from the apartment was a breeze. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to our communications. We would love to stay here again when we’re back in Evansville.

Space was very nice as described. Veranda overlooking Ohio River was amazing and was a great feature to have on a rainy weekend. Host is very responsive and accommodating

We had a great time staying in Michael's place. Such an ideal location for us to stay near Holiday World, and less than 10 mins from everything else! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Would definitely come back to stay again in the future!

This cute little house was perfect! My dad was in the hospital and my mom stayed here to be close to him. Misti was so helpful. Newburgh is a cute little river town with great eats and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!!

Julie was a great host & even decorated for Christmas for us which made it great. The house was very clean and was as described. Even though the house looks small it is very spacious inside and we comfortably fit 5. The area is nice and feels safe. It was great being so close to the river and walking path. We would definitely stay here again

Leslie was wonderful and her home was lovely-perfect for our family.

The house was clean and matched pictures. It was nice and quiet and we had a good time sitting on the back porch relaxing and conversing. Also the big driveway worked out perfect for us. We came down to spend the weekend riding at inner lake, and we were able to get 4 trucks with trailers in the driveway and able to stay off the grass. So if you are looking for a place to park your trailer and only a 5 min drive to the park this is it. Or if you’re just looking for a quiet place this is it also. We did have one minor issue and after I brought it up with the host it was fixed quickly. She communicated with us and was helpful.

The house was just what we needed. A family of four with adult teens (18, 20) was going to be a nightmare in a hotel room without having to pay for a second room. This cozy little house on a quiet street was small enough to not break the bank, but big enough to give everyone their space. Perfect.

Very nice and well kept. Near highway but quiet. Beds comfortable. There is a staircase so just keep that in mind for bad knees. :-) We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our family of four stayed and we loved it. Super convenient to the zoo and the mall. It seems brand new. Cozy and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

Everything was spectacular. The location, the furniture, the cleanliness, and etc .. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. It’s definitely worth the price.

Great place loved the area but that particular unit right on busy street. The unit very clean very nice!! Would go again! Maybe different unit
