You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Tucked away in around 5 acres of tranquil pasture and woodland on the outskirts of a small Warwickshire village. The Hoot is a luxury wooden hut for two seeking a little reset time. Hidden within our little wood, (planted by us!) it’s a chance to retreat from the hustle and bustle for a while - watch the pheasants wandering by or if you are lucky you may get a visit from deer and hares too. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
