The only access to the Lagoon, Beach and other amenities is via booking or owners explicit permission. Private Lake House in western MD

Minutes from DC/Baltimore with private (no one else!) fresh water lake. This is a man made lake (as all are in MD) originally providing water for nearby orchards. It is stream and spring fed with large mouth bass, crappie, and sunfish. Catch and release fishing is permitted. Although I share access to nearby locals, if you are renting it is exclusively yours. Local wildlife includes: mallard ducks, bald eagles, wild turkeys, hawks, and Maryland blue heron.
