Waterfront holiday rentals in Washington County

Patrick was welcoming and so helpful. He and his wife have created an oasis. Out the back door is a patio overlooking a River. They have planted beautiful flowers. I sat and watched a hawk the first AM and a chipmunk the second. The apartment is complete and not lacking anything. I’d return in a heartbeat.

5 stars at this Airbnb. Away from the hustle, close drives to fun, dining, activities. Very comfortable, great Apple TV. Amazing views of VT right through the kitchen window with an accessible trail across a beautiful bridge. Quiet at all times, plenty of hot water, amazing host. I can’t say enough good things to highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s a cool spot above an old bar. It’s everything I love about Airbnbs where you get a place far better than a hotel room. It was super clear and welcoming!

This place was amazing. We all fit very comfortably. Peggy was very accomodating and responsive to our needs. The Pub was so cool with the pinball and hockey game. Probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!

This was our second visit to Jill’s place. It is immaculate and we wanted for nothing. Linens were spotless! The location is perfect with a lovely porch overlooking the River. We had coffee and tea on the porch it was so lovely. The location was perfect for us to drive and go antiquing. Lots to do. Jill is a consummate host and we hope to visit again! Thank you Jill

Great apartment in a beautiful location within close proximity to the lake. It was also a great home base for exploring other places within the area, as well as enjoying the lake and Hague! Joan was a great host and super helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

The best experience ever. Super responsive host. I was there housing my family for my graduation at SPAC. More than enough room for 5 adults and 3 children. When I got ready to leave in the morning my car wouldn't start, dead battery. I had to take an UBER to SPAC. I sent the host a message and he went right out and helped my daughter get my car started. People always want to rent when the host isn't on the premises. I never have an issue with that. They were super quiet, we arrived in the middle of the night and my daughters arrived after 12 midnight. I communicated with them with any changes to keep them informed. Pristen space and fully equipped. My granchildren really enjoyed the video games and boardgames that were there. Thank you again for providing a space for me and my family.

Kristie was super friendly and very responsive. She went above and beyond to provide a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Will definitely book future trips with her.

We had a lovely stay at Casey’s! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The location is remote and beautiful. The hike down to the water is steep which was not a problem for us but people with mobility issues will have problems. The area is definitely very beautiful! The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and there are plenty of bath towels! We were there for my brothers wedding and it worked perfectly.

the place is awesome, my only critique is the main bathroom has a deep tub and I'm old, a grab handle to assist in getting in & out would have helped me

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s beautiful lakefront home! From the moment we booked, Karen was amazing with communication—super responsive, helpful, and so accommodating. She made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Karen puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful spot right on the lake. We loved having access to the boats during the day, and in the evenings, sitting around the firepit with family under the stars was just perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat with a host who really goes above and beyond. Loved our stay with our family of 5 and 2 dogs. House was exactly as described. Beautiful views of the lake from every vantage point. Kitchen was well stocked. Connor was very responsive and helpful with directions and any questions. Had the best time and hope to return! Highly recommend!

Even better than the pictures!! Inside felt so homey and the place was so clean. The host left unexpected touches that we really appreciated! You walk in and are able to see out the beautiful big window to the water and trees. My kids loved the bunk room! The outdoor space had so many areas for the whole family to hang out comfortably. The playground was super close. Being right on the water and not having neighbors right on top of you made the trip peaceful and relaxing. The game garage was a huge hit as well, just a super fun and cool bonus. Would love to come back and stay for longer! Thank you for an amazing trip.

Beautiful location and house amenities were exceptional. Host even had a welcome basket of goodies sitting out for our arrival. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms well appointed and the views spectacular. Close to lots of activities and restaurants Would definitely stay again

If you are reading this review.. BOOK this place right now. I have stayed in over 50 AirBnB’s across the US and this one stands out on another level. The attention to detail in every corner. The cleanliness. The amazing hospitality with the host walking us around the entire place giving us a tour. All the games blankets full bar and kitchen utensils were an amazing touch. I would easily go back. Loved this cabin so much it was home away from home. Did a small friend’s gathering for New Year’s Eve we spent 4 days here and didn’t want to leave. I’m telling you, if you see this review just book it. There isn’t a better option.
