This 1.5 story home, located on a small family farm, has three bed rooms and two bathrooms with an open living room, dining area and kitchen. North of Chappell Hill, this historic home has a chef’s kitchen and 4 downstairs bedrooms, each with bath access. The 5th en suite bedroom with bath and sitting area is upstairs. My hope is minutes away from wedding venues. It is close to Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park , Brenham and Round Top. (Kyle Field in College station is 35 minutes away.)

The Tree House on Monarch Farm

This is a two story guest house. The upstairs is like a efficiency apartment. One big room with full kitchen. There are windows all around the room giving it a feel of a tree house. There is also an arbor connected to the house for outdoor enjoyment.
