Matina's place was outstanding! Convenient to downtown Charlotte Amalie and not terribly far to popular beaches. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full family meals. Beach toys, chairs and cooler also provided. The pool is always shaded, so can be cool, even on the hottest days and at nights. We found it refreshing.

Justins place was everything we wanted and more for our trip to St. Thomas. As soon as you walk in you enter into a gorgeous view of the island. Which you can see from virtually anywhere on the property. The place was very clean, private, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Justin provided amazing recommendations which we utilized almost daily especially the food choices. Justin and his team were very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. Overall this place is incredible and I highly recommend it for anyone coming to visit St. Thomas.

This was our very first stay at this newly listed home, and WOW — we felt like we struck gold. From the second we walked in, we were drooling over the views, the decor, and honestly… the vibe. It’s one of those places that looks gorgeous in photos but somehow feels even better in person. You can tell so much thought went into every detail. The upstairs living area opens to an incredible deck with a pool overlooking the ocean. (Yes, we basically lived out there.) Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for privacy — and the downstairs rooms open right out to a second deck with a similar dreamy view. The house is tucked inside a private, gated neighborhood, just a short drive from restaurants, beaches, and the ferry to St. John. The hosts gave us everything we needed to know ahead of time so we truly just enjoyed. We can’t wait to come back and are already planning our next stay!

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

The place was exactly as the pictures. The host was friendly respectful responsive and made my friends and I feel comfortable and welcomed. He also explained safety precautions if the weather was to change and how to make sure we had power and water. We cooked dinner most of the nights and the cabinets were filled with seasons spices aluminum foil, plastic bags, Tupperware, cooking, dishware, microwave, pots, and pans, all the things we needed to cook. They also provided toiletries trash bags towels, washcloths and also has a washer and dryer. The pool was very clean and clear with an amazing view. Both of the master bedrooms have a balcony. My friends and I will only book with this host when we are in town. Thank you so much for making our vacation enjoyable and relaxing! See you soon :)

We stayed with our sons and families, 10 in total, with a 2 and 1 year old. Norman was very helpful in communicating what was available for the little ones and having crib and pack & play set up. We had two levels of house that could be rented separately but we had both connected by outside stairs. We had enough kitchen cookware and utensils to cook breakfast and dinners at the house. The balcony had comfortable furniture and looks out over Magen Bay, which is beautiful. The house was large with lots of room. Living area had comfortable couch for evening family time. The pool wasn’t heated so was a bit chilly but it was December and sun wasn’t hitting it due to its low position in the sky. The hot tub was nice since we could keep it a bit cooler and kids played in it. Location is not walkable but everything was within a quick drive. The house is older but they have updated it and we had no issues. Appliances are newer. Driveway is steep but manageable. Good value for space and pool.

We have visited St. Thomas 7x and always stayed at and AirB&B. Of all the homes this is in our top picks! The view is unbelievable and would argue it’s one of the best on the island aside from Meghan’s Bay. The house is fully stocked with all things in the kitchen and everything you need for a great stay. The house is clean and great for a family with young children. No complaints whatsoever! Will definitely be coming back.

Very high view over water. Hull baby is closet beach access. Must get a truck the car was hard to move up the mountains but it was great stay!

Sonya was an amazing host and incredibly accommodating. The location was central, to the majority of activities we did, the view was amazing, and the place was impeccable. Definitely plan on staying here again.

We had a great time. The purpose of our trip was to drop our daughter off at UVI and get her settled and this was the perfect location.

Jackie’s place was really nice and comfortable. Her and her husband are amazing hosts who were super helpful and very quick to respond. Jackie even offered to pick us up from the airport. Her place is in a really quiet neighborhood and the surroundings are really peaceful. There’s a massive mango tree in the yard that I’m a bit sad that they weren’t ready to pick whilst we were there. All in all, Jackie’s place is close to town, we pretty much walked everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our experience at Villa La Brisa was wonderful from beginning to end. We received personalized communication throughout the entire stay regarding anything we needed. The villa has everything you'd need for a triple-A stay, and the view is simply beautiful. You'll find tranquility, comfort, and luxury, all in one place.

This place was beautiful and exactly how it was described and more. Michaela was extremely helpful and responsive and went above and beyond what was expected of her as a host. She even sent someone to come help us find the house as it was our first time and that put us at ease! This also felt like a super safe area. Could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back, thank you!!

It was a beautiful 1788 home that maintained history with modern amenities! Great and easy location for walking places and the host was extremely responsive and helpful

My family and I stayed at Beth’s place for 5 days, the view was beautiful and the location was convenient. Gated community felt safe and easy parking. Had all the amenities needed, including beach floaties for the kids, beach towels/chairs/ snorkel gear! Such a lovely stay at Beth’s place. Beth was communicative, gave local recommendations and always friendly!

The host was very helpful and most accommodating. Be prepared, cause the GPS isn't always correct. There were a few minor issues. The crank on one of the windows was off and the window was open. The shower curtain slid down. The host had someone there within an hour or so to fix those minor issues. If you're under 5 foot 5 inches tall, don't expect to be able to see in the bathroom mirror. The washing machine was loud. My sister and brother in law washed there clothes before they left with no issues. I had delicates, and choose to wait until I got home to do laundry. I use a walker, and the location is handicapped accessible, but I did suggest to the host would be nice if they installed a grab bar in the shower. As an adult, I don't mind sleeping in a twin bed, but they weren't the most comfortable. Overall, It was a wonderful stay. I called with questions and concerns, but the host was most gracious. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Great launch point for our island adventure-centrally located with great access to all areas. House is comfortable and had everything we needed. Mark was responsive throughout the process and let us know if there were issues. Balcony view of Megans Bay from balcony is amazing. Car option essential.

We had a wonderful stay at our Airbnb! The view was spectacular! We saw cruise ships coming & going…..The house suited our needs for the accommodations we were looking for. We didn’t need the AC. It was cool up in the mountains and close to the best banana daiquiris at the Mountain Top…The kitchen was equipped for our cooking needs as well as a bbq…. There was also an herb garden available to use for our traditional recipes…..Our host was very responsive to all our needs & was always quick with an response. She was a wonderful resource as well. Jenny was the friendly face upon check in that gave us information about the house details . Overall a relaxing stay once we got the driving on the left down & navigating the roads with GPS.

Our 31-day stay was very enjoyable, in large part due to Pierre's responsiveness! The property is dated, and typical island style, as advertised and as expected. We had some issues (check-in cleanliness, kitchen provisions, pool issues, washing machine issues), but each and everyone of these problems were solved immediately once we let Pierre know. This property is fantastic for pet owners (we brought our Mini-Dachshunds), as the entire outdoor living space is contained.

We had a great time. The house was exactly as listed matched pictures perfectly. Crista was very responsive to all questions. She made us feel welcome in her home. It was centrally located so the beaches we wanted to visit was never a far drive. Her recommendations for food were great. Front porch chillin was the best here! We had 5 adults and we felt comfortable here the decor was on point for an island vibe. Crista even added an extra touch knowing the trip was for my birthday celebration.

We had 3 families with kids staying. It was great! House has everything you need. Beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys, two grills, outside speakers with blue tooth, front and back yards for kids with pool, ping pong and pool tables and kids house. We were able to park 3 cars. Location is perfect 3 min by car to the best beach in the island. Brooks bar restaurant is excellent-walking 3 min. Coffee shop near by. 15 min from aeroport. Recommend calling Francheska when you by the gate so she can open gates for you and help you w check in. For directions use Brooks bar restaurant and then follow instructions. It is 400 meters away from it. Overall fantastic stay and excellent hosts !

This place is GREAT. Owners are responsive, view is AMAZING, everything we did was about 20 min away. Locals are friendly, private pool at the house is a plus. Plenty of room with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. Christmas in the islands was the BEST! We rented a car so it was very convenient to stroll around town. Easy to use Google maps with their pinpoint location. Friendly rooster that hangs out there too we enjoyed watching him eat. We named him Clark Waters. !! We are already looking forward to coming back to the island. Highly recommend having your own vehicle, and trying out the local cuisine. Stay away from Lanai restaurant (service was slow and food awful). Sea salt on Sapphire beach is a terrific high end restaurant (our favorite). Linguistics Beach was our favorite. Clear water, soft sand and swam with a stingray and sea turtle! Recommend parasailing and swimming with a dolphin at Coral World. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!! ENJOY
