The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

All 2,800 sq. ft of my home is at your disposal and 2 minutes from popular restaurants and diners. Your Host lives in the attached Artist Studio with its own access and parking. Awesome bright 2nd floor apartment, has everything you need for your stay. Full Kitchen, Laundry and is in an very convenient and safe area. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Easy access to highway. Parking is available behind left garage, which may be available. Ask for details. Quiet area, On cul-de-sac. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime,Hulu FYI: I do occasionally host a card game in the garage below unit until 11:30 PM. My guests will not park in the driveway if I have guests.

Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Lower Level Beautiful Space: Well kept with an amazing view of a Beautiful Brook that Runs through the Backyard. It is a small cottage style home and you will have the best views of the Brook. You will also hear and see the Brook from the Bedroom, Kitchenette and Patio. Depending on the season it will Vary. If you have 2 Cars please make sure you let me know so I can accommodate.
