It is placed at the top of the cliffs directly over the Great Western Beach overlooking the bay, with the town centre and beaches a stone's throw away. The apartment offers uninterrupted views of the sea towards the headlands and the harbour from the spacious private balcony, the living room and the master bedroom. In the summer, you can enjoy the spectacular sunset whilst watching the world go by!

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

We are just 10 minutes from the airport and train station with good transport links to other locations around the county.

Situated in a quiet road adjacent to Droskyn cliff, it has it's own entrance, parking space and private, enclosed rear patio garden. Newly built and renovated it has a double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable living room with french windows. The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.
