Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waterloo

What a lovely place and location. The house was emaculate clean and well-equipped. It's so well-built and insulated in fact that it was quite warm upstairs. Had to leave all the windows open overnight. Good workout going up and down the stairs of this mews. The back yard was a wall of green which was incredibly relaxing to look at. Would definitely return and recommend.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I highly recommend this place! Super clean, big, very new and well located! John helped me a lot from days before the trip until after checkout! When I return to London I will certainly stay there again! He is very attentive and is always available if you need anything! I had a great stay!

Josephine and her son were really welcoming. She shared a lot of useful information for my travels and looked after me during my stay. She also gave me some enough privacy. I'm really enjoying my time here.

We had a wonderful stay here. We appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts. The location was fantastic - 3 minute walk to underground station. The double bed and shower were really good! I felt there was a few things that could be done to upgrade the place a little and I emailed the host with those comments. But overall great place.

Excellent place to stay! Mine was just a short stay but the place and Hanna are great! Absolutely book if you need a place in London!

Loved our stay at Imogen and Jamie's place - was a great, comfortable home base for visiting friends and travelling around London. Very conveniently located around a minute's walk to the tube station. Imogen was great to communicate with, and being her family home, the house felt very much like a home.

Sophie was an amazing host . Clear instructions, clean flat , great information in a binder with how to use appliances , places to eat , etc . Great location ! And a very nice welcome basket full of goodies ! We are looking forward to spending a week here next year !

We had a wonderful stay at Jennie's place! There was plenty of space for the three of us, with two in the bedroom and one on the (very comfortable) sofa bed. All essentials provided and clear communications with the host. Exceeded expectations. Jennie's place is beautifully appointed and is very convenient for getting into London. Regular buses directly to Trafalgar Square (for the West End), 25-minute walk to Kings Cross, and a tube station right on the doorstep! Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would gladly stay in Jennie's flat again. 😃

Amanda was a great host and made sure I was able to enjoy my stay. She was accommodating of all my questions and helped me figure things out in London since it was my first time here. She was also very responsive to all my texts and was proactive in helping me with checking in and out. The flat is so cute and was honestly why this website should exist. You can tell it’s a proper home where lots of memories and love are. Even though the sheer amount of decor and trinkets were a bit overstimulating to me at times (love being an anxious neurodiverse person lol), whenever I came back to the flat after a long day, I felt like I was coming home to a safe place. This place is older and has its quirks, but Amanda let us know what they were and we accommodated. My friend and I had a great time playing the guitar, having luxurious baths, enjoying the breeze from the back garden, and being close to transit so we could explore London. Highly recommend!

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

We loved our stay at Owain's apartment! For us it was a perfect location as we have family nearby. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The balcony was a great added bonus and had lovely views of central London. Owain is a superstar as a host! He is very friendly, responded immediately to any questions and was flexible in regard to check-in. He even had fruit and flowers ready for us when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is great! Very spacious, very clean; the kitchen is well equipped. Mirko was a great host, very responsive and proactive! The metro station, bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and many other shops are at a walking distance. Hi highly recommend Ovitzia's apartments and I'll definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed the flat and made the weekend for myself and my girlfriend, really come together and it was a lovely place to stay. Thomas helped with whatever i needed and was really friendly.

Great place for a stay in London. Excellent location, close to everything but in a more quiet part of London. Plenty of coffee shops, pubs, local restaurant, walking distance to train station. Excellent communication from the hosts. Highly recommended!

Laura and Ralph’s place is the definition of perfect London neighborhood home. Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this condo has it all. Laura welcomed us with a nice note and decorations as we were welcomed for our anniversary trip. There were notes on everything we needed, as well as an abundance of home items for our use. Laura helped us get into the condo in the later evening hours and provided pictures to help us check-in. She checked in throughout our trip to let us know we had the opportunity to check out late if we needed, which I found to be quite lovely. The only thing to note, and it’s not a negative for the host at all, but the bed listing is as a king bed. As an American, our king size beds are a much larger size than the UK king size mattress. The UK king is more the dimensions of an American Queen. This was my fault for not recognizing there was a difference. We managed on the Queen size just fine.

The location is great for runs in the park and proximity to the tube station - 15 mins' walk. Otherwise on hot day a short Uber ride is all it takes. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. We had a really good and productive stay. Thank you Max.

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Vicina al centro di Londra, raggiungibile in metro, 3 stazioni nelle vicinanze. L'alloggio in cui siamo stati corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio. Era molto pulito, ordinato e ben fornito. Arredato con cura e con elettrodomestici di qualità. Spazioso a sufficienza (eravamo in 6), con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Molto bello il giardino sul retro anche se essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo. Tecnologia all'avanguardia per quanto riguarda impianto audio in tutta la casa, caminetto con fuoco, proiettore con telo a scomparsa nel soffitto. Sicuramente a fare la differenza è stata la disponibilità di Justin che risponde sempre a ogni esigenza e ci ha aiutato parecchio a risolvere diverse situazioni personali, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, dimostrandosi gentile e affidabile. GRAZIE MILLE JUSTIN !! Host e appartamento super consigliato.

Theodoros was an amazing host, helped me with all my needs, had a cleaner refresh the flat for me, and the house is simply amazing. Really beautiful inside and out with some amazing art works on the walls! The house is close to some amazing parks and you can go anywhere with all the bus stops around! Perfect location for a nice rest but close to everything at the same time, definitely recommend!!
