Full kitchen, laundry facility in suite and hot tub! We are a 10 minute drive to Waterton Lakes National Park 20 minutes to the townsite, 1 hour drive to Lethbridge, 2 hours from Calgary. You will have access to the main level which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area and full kitchen. You have use of the front patio with the beautiful view and one back deck. There is a large yard with grass although it has not landscaped. There is someone occupying the basement and they will likely be there the entire time. Waterton Reservoir is only a 5 minute drive West. There you will find a picnic area and a rocky beach.
