Our group of 12 adults had a great stay at this property. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Martin and Jasmine were friendly and quick to respond, making the experience seamless. The complimentary one-time shuttle service was greatly appreciated and made the check-in process very smooth. The location was convenient and easy access for Grab/Taxi drivers. We did experience a scenario of low water pressure during our stay. However, after notifying Martin and Jasmine the issue was addressed swiftly. Overall, we would recommend staying here again.

Nice house especially if you come with a group. Close to MRT. I enjoyed staying here, slept well and easy to find food. The weakness is only lack of essentials such as water, basic cooking ingredients, and laundry detergent.

The feeling of the B&B is good, a very pleasant stay, the layout of the room is also my favorite style, all kinds of facilities are fully equipped, the hygiene is meticulous and tidy, and I am very satisfied with the stay!

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!

The villa is a beautiful place to use as a base to explore Bangkok. Easy to travel in and out, convenient and calm location. The swimming pool is refreshing, and it being adjacent to the living room is a great plus for families. More accessories in the kitchen would make it even more easy to live for families, but the numerous food options around the villa make up for it.

Great stay for our large group. Yes, while the walk to the public transit can be a bit far (very do-able!), the boat ferry (Khlong Saen Saep) is barely a 5 min walk away and you take it one stop to the MRT. Housekeeping was there every morning cleaning the common areas. Everyone loved the pool. I do wish we had separate pool towels vs bath towels - BUT when I asked for an iron or steamer they brought one immediately so I'm sure we could have asked for them! Great stay for a large group.

Truly is an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. We stayed there with an elderly mother and young kids. The pools are beautiful and a godsend! There are a lot of stairs but my mother stayed in a bedroom on the lower floors. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Recommended for large families. Good location in the center of the city. Close to BigC. Walking distance to BTS, but may be a little far. The swimming pool is very long, but not suitable for small children. The pool is deep, minus cleanliness points around the house, in front of the house and storage room.

A hidden oasis on the doorstep of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The villa offered a lovely private pool and a good selection of TV channels. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Great air con! Nittaya welcomed us with a warm smile and was very helpful and always contactable. A very cool place if you want privacy and quiet. Bangkok shopping was only a 30 minute taxi ride.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful, they were very kind to allow us an early check in The place was perfect for us , we were two Indian families with kids , the pools the toys and the bunk bed were our kids fav things , they loved it. The place is centrally located and yet very peaceful , we could cook what we want and it was great. Overall great stay and want to thank hosts for doing everything to make the stay comfortable

We had such a great time at Prinsiri’s villa! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures and description—no surprises at all. Prinsiri was amazing, always quick to respond and really helpful with a few things during our stay. You can tell she’s a thoughtful and proactive host. Even she prepared fruits and foods during our stay. Highly recommend staying here—the villa is wonderful! Would love to come back!

It was a pleasure to stay at punntara, a villa with 8 of us, the room was big and characterful.The aunts at the front desk were also very nice and solved our problems at all times.There are 24 hour boats in and out of the hotel every day and the hotel is close behind the pier.The environment is good, rich in green plants, and belongs to a quiet part of Bangkok.It is about seven or eight kilometers from the city, a little far, but suitable for tourists who like tranquility.

Words cannot describe the trip I had and the stay at Benny's place was amazing. You can't buy that sort of experience, they were so kind and so helpful and they even brought me out for late night supper at a 100 year old restaurant! what an experience man, I can't put it into words. If you'd like to explore Bangkok on your own time and not just spend your days shopping in town. Start your journey here, go off the beaten track for once, you'll be surprised where it takes you.
