FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Located on Norfolk Avenue, you are steps away from locally owned restaurant's, bars, parks and new attractions at the River Point District. At 1900 sq. feet there is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family and keep everyone entertained with a foosball table, darts and arcade games. This apartment is on the second level of a brand new construction building. There is a pull out couch for extra guests.

Germaine

We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

This stylish mid century modern house is centrally located with great views and a large backyard! Bring the family and enjoy the separate tv spaces and bedrooms up and downstairs. The basement offers natural light from the large windows as well as a large tv to enjoy a night in. It is a unique stay with the mid century modern feel preserved in this beautifully remodeled house built in the 1950s. We look forward to hosting you!

Right across the street from the college, close to the movie theater, downtown, and restaurants, this is the perfect place if you are needing to stay in the area. Perfect place for longer stays - traveling nurses, CMAs, tradework, or whatever else brings you to the area. There is no smoking or pets allowed at any time.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
