Holiday rentals with lake access in Wayne County

Our trip to Sally's place was great. We were two families of four doing a long weekend trip. The home was very clean and we had plenty of sleeping room with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the addition of the basement area that had a great set up for the kids to sleep and hang out. The location of the home was close to great restaurants and the Marina. It is in a really nice neighborhood with other homes nearby, so you really have to mind your P's and Q's and prepare to be stared at by the neighbor on the right. That really wasn't a problem for us at all, but it was a little strange. Sally was a great host and was able to accomodate all our requests. She even was able to give us a couple extra hours on the end of the trip since no one was coming in after us. That made our clean up and packing SO much less stressful. Thank you Sally ! Sending... They house was exactly like the pictures, lots of open space and many spaces to sit and occupy inside and outside. Great stay!

This was our second stay at Turtle Cove. We love the location and being able to walk to the local coffee truck, restaurants and water. The property is very quiet and relaxing. Amy is a super responsive host too which I greatly appreciate!

I had an amazing stay at the Bird’s Nest House in Wolcott, NY! The property is beautifully nestled in a serene, nature-filled area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for local activities and dining. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from the porch and the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and recharge in nature!

Amazing ! Easy check in , GREAT location - easy walk to restaurants and beach … house was updated and had everything you could need - sound machines were awesome we didn’t need to bring fan - extra pillows and blankets were great !!! Can’t say enough good things !!

This AirBnb was very good. Immaculately clean; good location; good communication with owner; easy in, easy out. Compared to other places we have stayed in Sodus Point, though, it is a bit high in price based on the size (only one shower), but not too far off (maybe $50/night?). Overall, everything was great -- would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and huge—it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host, Abby, was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway. Thank you, Abby, for such a great experience!

My fiancée & I rented this property & the adjacent larger house for a very small family get together for a couple nights in the beginning of May. It’s very peaceful and quiet. There is a safety fence up that was not in the pictures & I did suggest adding newer photos of the view to the listing. The bluffs are beautiful and very high up. This home has a steep staircase upstairs. Very comfortable king size bed upstairs overlooking the lake. I could hear the Loons at night. I did give a couple suggestions that I don’t need to go into details because it didn’t ruin the stay. I do recommend renting both houses for larger get togethers because they are so close and share a driveway. Plenty of outdoor deck space to hang out on. Enclosed porch facing lake is beautiful, too. This is an updates older home. I felt very comfortable staying here and would again.

it was great! the area was much bigger than the pictures show, but i don’t know if we missed it, but there’s plenty of appliances (ie. air fryer, toaster, coffee maker) in the cupboards which was a nice surprise!

Great location! Walked to beach everyday and swam in beautiful Lake Ontario....walking distance to several restaurants. Small place but cozy, clean, and comfortable. Amazing deck view...perfect for a couple. Went on a few hikes in the area and a zoo 30 minutes away. Internet was a bit spotty but worked 90% of time and Katie had solutions so all was well. Katie was responsive, easy check in and i highly recommend for a lazy beach getaway!

This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

We had a great stay at Ashley’s place. Everything was as described. We felt at home and hope to return in the future. We also enjoyed their restaurant out front. We had breakfast and it was delicious. We were able to meet her husband and he was very friendly and welcoming. We brought out boat with us and it was convenient having it right there in a slip to access anytime.

Very cute place right on the water! Beds were very comfortable and clean. Was nice not to have to purchase hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags or dishwasher detergent for the short stay we were there. Daniel was very responsive to any text message that was sent. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a cute place to stay.

We traveled to Sodus Point with a small group of middle school aged kids as part of a learning adventure. We loved the house! The kids especially loved fishing on the dock, using the paddle boards and enjoying the games (like Spike ball) that were in the shed. We lucked out with beautiful weather and these crazy kids even went swimming in the water which was only 41F!!! We used the grill, had a fire outside and even made time for a movie night in the living room together. The house was also close enough to other things for us to make many day trips around the area. We even ventured to Niagara Falls from there - 2 hours away. We really enjoyed our time there. Michelle was very responsive to my questions and helpful when I needed it. Thank you!

This was the perfect cottage for our little family trip! It was very clean and well stocked. The yard is a perfect size for activities. Parking is great. The area in general is very nice and quiet. The furniture is comfortable and the TV is exceptional for an Air bnb. Ann responded quickly to any questions and was very polite. Five star place. We'll definitely book agian!

We had an amazing stay at Paul and Ashley’s beautiful lakeside home! The house was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—with heated rooms, comfy beds, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed barbecuing, kayaking, hiking, and evening bonfires. Small town setup with family run restaurants serving delicious food. A special memory was our daughter surprising us after her first solo long drive—she just couldn’t resist joining us after seeing how much fun we were having! We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful beach front cottage that was perfect for our family. Host was A+ There were fresh flowers in vases throughout the house. I loved that, thank you!!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The house was as described and shown in the pictures. The WiFi was easily accessible with a Roku TV for entertainment. My family and I only have good things to say about our stay here. They provided toiletries, dishes and silverware. The view was beautiful!!! We would definitely book again!!
