Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

Inklusive Fahrrad! our sunny and charming studio is for one or two (bed 160cm) ; the flat is perfectly located to visit graz by walking of biking - you will get a bike for free as well!

The beautiful, newly renovated in June 2025, ~50 m² apartment is the perfect base for a stay in Graz. Located right in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and in 10 minutes you can be at the main train station. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. The opera, University of Music an University of Technology are nearly next door.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
