The historic 1920s carriage house at Little Luck Farmette is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Colorado front range. Take in the vast, open space views as you sip your morning coffee or relax in the cozy living room after a fun filled day exploring the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Two full bedrooms give you plenty of space to stretch out, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal. The outdoor patio provides a serene spot to sit back and relax while you enjoy Colorado's wonderful weather. The carriage house has been recently renovated with modern features but holds character that can only be developed over time. Large windows throughout the space let in bright, natural light and allow you to take in the views from all directions. Guests are allowed to access the second floor of the carriage house as well as the sun-soaked patio outside the front door. All other areas of the property are off-limits. We are happy to share our little slice of heaven with others! The carriage house is detached from the main house, but not by much, so guests will see us around the property. We are happy to answer questions about the area and assist with your stay! An hour from Rocky Mountain National Park, this secluded spot offers quiet evenings, mountain views, and scenic walking trails. ‘Old Town’ Erie's quaint main street is 2 miles down the road with a handful of great local restaurants and breweries. We provide ample parking if you arrive in your car, but if you do not want to rent a car, Uber and Lyft will be able to get you anywhere you want to go! Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for children and/or infants.
