We had a lovely 3 day stay. The apartment was spotless and roomy. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well laid out and the apartment complex was quiet and well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Mariam’s place felt right at home. She was responsive and clear with with the check-in instructions.

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

A great stay in a great spot with easy walking distance to the main strip of Subiaco and also the train station. Loved it!

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

Thankful to have found a gem listing. The beautiful home was extremely clean and the hosts were very responsive. Lots of great food just around the corner yet it is quiet and peaceful at night. Would recommend!

Great stay! The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable - with a stunning view from the top floor. Located right in Perth’s CBD, it was an easy walk to everything. The secure car park was super convenient and communication with the hosts was smooth throughout. Highly recommend!

Laura was a very friendly and helpful host, offering to go the extra mile to supply a non-essential item for the house. She was very prompt in replies and helpful. I would recommend if you were looking for an affordable beachside getaway.

Great location - close access to trains & buses, set in the area of some lovely Federation homes. The apt worked well for my needs plus it was clean & neat, and Geoff & Lyn provided good written instructions for check in. Heater & hot water were both very good. Supermarkets within several blocks. Good communication with the owners throughout stay who answered my queries quickly. Would stay there again when visiting Perth for sure.

Such a beautiful little apartment. The apartment was spotless at arrival, perfect space for a short term stay. First Airbnb I’ve been to that supply’s cooking utensils, coffee machine etc. Five to ten minute walk to local coffee shops and grocery’s stores which was super handy. Quiet area, super peaceful. My sister and I stayed together and felt safe our entire stay. Highly recommend.

The house is perfectly located in a serene neighbourhood that is right next to the beach, playgrounds and walking distance to food places. Candie was very responsive and thoughtful to our needs. Check-in was seamless as well. My family had a wonderful stay!

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Kasia's apartment was absolutely perfect! Excellent communication from Kasia, warm and friendly. The instructions on where to park, how to find the key etc were easy to follow. The place was remarkable clean, smelt amazing when we walked in! Lots of amenities and space to relax enjoying a quiet night in. Very comfortable beds and great location so close to Jacobs Ladder and beautiful Kings Park. Very happy with this find and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend xxx

The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!
