An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.

Kayla was an amazing host, she was super friendly and helpful in every situation. We had some wonderful chats, always felt homey and very well cared for. The room was super cozy and clean, as well as the bathroom, which included all amenities. The House is close to a beautiful surf beach, with nice restaurants. Overall we had a great time in Perth and Kayla hugely contributed to it by welcoming us to her home like a good friend.

We had such a beautiful night staying at this property. Ashlee was such an accommodating host and we were left with some amazing local goodies to enjoy. The beds were super comfortable not to mention the well styled rooms. The aircon was perfect for heating up the home on a cold wintery night and it was so nice to be in close proximity of local bars and restaurants! We will absolutely be back! Thanks Ashlee!

I stayed at Margaret's Airbnb for 2 weeks and it was peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend for someone who is looking for at least a week's accomodation - the area is peaceful and safe and close to lots of attractions, be it in the city or on the coast. Additionally Margaret was a lovely host. If I need to stay in Perth again I will be looking up Margaret's home first :-)

I stayed in Emily's pad for 2 weeks while visiting a friend in Perth and I couldn't have wished for a more perfect base. It's exactly like the photos, if not, even better! Quiet location, and the gym, supermarket and beaches were all close by. The villa has all the necessities that I needed, it was really is a cosy, comfortable haven. I hope to come back on my next visit, thanks again!

The location is fantastic! It had a direct pathway for walking and biking by the beach front and actually many nice cafes within driving and walking distance. wished we had more time to explore the surrounding area. The house was also well equipped and the reverse aircon and washer/dryer worked so well and was such a life saver for us! would definitely be back! thank you!
